Her main business objective is to help even the smallest of small business owners to feel empowered to manage their marketing and give them access to high quality branding.
Tierna previously led the marketing for a not for profit organisation who help tech startups to scale (Catalyst) where the goal of her marketing campaigns was to find the entrepreneurs with unique ideas. She worked on a variety of high profile marketing campaigns including Generation Innovation & the Invent Awards. She helped to arrange the Royal Visit of Meghan & Harry to Catalyst in 2018.
Prior to this she was an in-house graphic designer for a multinational corporation which was heavily focused on ensuring brand consistency and creative design.
Now a Part Time lecturer for Belfast Metropolitan College where she initially taught on a BTEC course before becoming a mentor on their Enterprise programme.
